The Lighthouse

January 21st, 2012

Orchestral Media Developments are delighted to announce that work has been completed on the stunning iPad game The Lighthouse. Designed by industry veteran Stuart Burrows, developed by our good friends at Four Door Lemon, with publishing duties handled Kavcom. We had a great time supplying all the watery goodness to really bring the game to life, and created a main theme to capture the solitary nature of The Lighthouse, and the treacherous high seas where peril awaits!

Handheld Arcade Review

“the great music really got me hooked up with the game. I just love the lighting effects as you achieve your goal and the sound, man that alone can tell you what the game is and what is offers. I mean, the music really compliments the game’s stormy gameplay.”

iReviewt Review

“Fantastic music”. “Remarkable atmosphere”.

Pad Gadget Review

“The graphics and the music combine to create a fantastic game atmosphere”.

Trackmania Turbo

January 4th, 2011

Orchestral Media Developments are pleased to announce the completion of the fantastic Trackmania Turbo on the Nintendo DS, developed by our friends at Firebrand, and published by Focus Home Interactive. We were in conversion mode once again, tasked with turning original music from the Wii version into something more suited to the DS hardware. As many of you might be aware, the Trackmania brand has a huge following worldwide, so for us to work on a second Trackmania project with Firebrand means alot. As is usually the case with Firebrand developed DS titles, the game has recieved some excellent reviews!

Official Nintendo Magazine Review.

“It’s a game that fits the emphatic, angry and futile gesture of snapping the lid shut after a crash. Futile, because you’ll probably open it straight away to try again”.

Impulse Gamer Review.

“It’s a fun game from start to finish that has tons of racing replay value!”.

Gamedot Review.

“Don’t blame me if you miss your bus having ‘one-more-go’”.
